Do I have to sign a contract?
No! Kramer Kleaning does not require a contract for basic cleaning services. If there are special services or specific instructions, then a contract may be drawn up to assure you receive the exact service desired.

Do you offer rental management services?
Yes. Kramer Kleaning performs all the services you need to turn over a rental property including laundry, supply purchasing, and property showing. Please visit the

What does it mean to be a bonded cleaning service?
Bonding means the cleaning service has purchased insurance to protect clients from theft. Bonding remains an important instrument in the cleaning business to give clients trust in their service.

How do I cancel a scheduled cleaning?
Kramer Kleaning is unique in that we only require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel any later than 24 hours we charge a cancellation fee.

Will the same crew clean your property each visit?
We do our best to send the same crew to your property each cleaning, but in certain situations it is impossible. For example, a specific employee may be on vacation. Regardless, Kramer Kleaning always sends a team leader with each crew that is responsible for making sure your property receives a perfect cleaning every visit.

Do the crews speak English?
Yes, the team leader speaks English and please feel free to address any questions or concerns. You can also email or call the office with any special requests.

Can I leave a note when I need to communicate with the cleaning crew?
Yes, the team leader is trained to follow customer requests from a note. We also accept specific instructions via
email before the day of your scheduled cleaning.
Note: If your request is not covered by your cleaning contract it may result in additional charges on your next bill.

Do I need to be home when the cleaning is scheduled?
No. There are other options available if you will not be home during your scheduled appointment.
- You can leave us a key
- You can give us garage codes
- You can leave your door open
- Any method you come up with for giving Kramer Kleaning access to your home that makes you feel comfortable

Absolutely. If you are unhappy we will send a team out at your convenience to clean the areas of concern.
